How to Enable/Disable a User

As a Frog Admin you may need to disable user accounts from your VLE.
Note: It is not possible to delete a user from the VLE, they can only be disabled.
Begin by selecting Users from the tab menu in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Select Enable/Disable User from the Choose Option drop down menu.
Select the User Type from the drop down menu. Choose from Student, Parent or Teacher.
Enter the username/Yes ID of the user you wish to enable/disable.
Use the drop down menu to Enable or Disable the user account.
Now you can click on the Verify button to check the username you have entered is recognised by the system. If the id is found successfully, the details will be displayed on the right.
After you have checked that it is the correct person you wish to Enable/Disable, click the Save button.
The account has now been enabled or disabled.
